Very cute! Since I love working 3D, I'm trying to guess the material - papier-mache, plaster bandage, or clay? If papier-mache or plaster bandage, can you please tell me what is the armature?
OK, thanks! I love the "big mouths" too. Unfortunately I only have airdry clay (no kiln), so it can be very breakable and limiting. But I might give it a try anyhow.

They are clay. If you click on my label of "clay" you will find the step by step directions.

Great project! We have 2 months of 3D art with 2nd Grade, so this would be a great addition to my curriculum. Thanks!
